PARADE - Cie Nyash
By Cie Nyash
About
Amidst the sound of a brass band, with dancing and trumpets, the parade is getting ready. The seven performers gather and invite the audience to join them for this final rehearsal. The artists begin to move, synchronise their movements, observe one another and help one another.
And off they go! The movements are simple, sometimes delicate, always sincere. Here, everything is built with and for one another, through listening and adapting.
PARADE is a joyfully chaotic piece, in which the audience and performers physically experience what it means to connect, to trust one another and to create a collective movement. PARADE is an invitation to create a whole world together.
