## About

(Attention, spectacle en anglais)

Charlie Stevens is a walking case study in blandness - the kind of straight white bloke who was clearly designed in a hurry. He grew up in a household allergic to seasoning, and has been mistaken for a condiment more than once.

He also left England at eight and never really went back. Twenty-odd years and three countries later, his dad's retired, his sister's pregnant, and his granddad's given him a lot to think about lately - and Charlie's finding most of it out down a phone line.

*Unseasoned Chicken Breast* is an hour about what it actually costs to build a life somewhere else. About a family that drifts apart, and keeps being pulled back in.

Written & performed by Charlie Stevens, road-tested on the Brussels English-language comedy scene
